Bill Zikou has more than 35 years experience in the telecommunications industry with 25 years in senior management and executive roles. He has extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Logistics, Technical Support & Field Services.
Bill’s immediate past positions were as the CEO of Ericsson South East Europe (consisting of 9 countries) and CEO of Ericsson Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands. Roles with responsibility for over 2,000 staff and revenue generation in the order of $1 billion. Mr Zikou holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and MBA from Melbourne University.

Mark Pitts is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty five years experience in statutory reporting and business administration. He has been directly involved with, and consulted to a number of public companies holding senior financial management positions.
Mark is a Partner in the advisory firm Endeavour Corporate (Endeavour). Endeavour offers professional services focused on Company Secretarial support; corporate advice; supervision of ASIC and ASX reporting and compliance requirements; and commercial and financial support.
