pieNETWORKS Limited continuously monitors the operations of the kiosk fleet.

We proactively look for connection or equipment issues before they affect your customers. Our Network Operations Centre staff will use numerous remote administration tools to diagnose and fix any problem.

This system complements the auto-monitor and auto-correct features built into the kiosk software, and has led to increased uptime of the kiosks, passing the 99% mark.

We will also work with telephone and Internet service providers to address the issues.
